Bourbon Baked Beans

List of Ingredients




1 med onion, minced
2 lg cloves garlic, minced
1 c ketchup
1/2 c chicken broth
1/4 c bourbon
1/4 c strong black coffee
1/4 Dijon or coarse grained mustard
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c packed dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp hot paprika
1 c diced ham
5-14 1/2 oz cans Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
6 strips bacon

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350. Lightly oil a 9x13" glass dish. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except ham, beans and bacon until blended.
Fold in ham and beans and transfer to baking dish. Place bacon strips across top. Bake 1 hour until beans are thick and bubbly and bacon is crisp.
