    Creamy Zucchini and Garlic

    6 medium zucchini; grated
    6 cloves garlic; minced
    2 Tbls. butter
    2 Tbls. Garlic Powder
    1 Tsp. thyme leaves; chopped
    3 Tbls. sour cream; reg. or lowfat

    Recipe



    In a medium skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and saute over low heat briefly. Add zucchini, Garli Garni and thyme. Cook, stirring frequently until zucchini is tender. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season with fresh pepper if desired.
