    List of Ingredients




    2 T Butter
    2 C Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    A few dashes of Tabasco Sauce
    1/3 C. dry white wine
    1 cup of cooked lobster meat (cut into small chunks)

    Recipe



    Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Gradually add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Add Tobasco sause; gradually add wine, stirring until mixture is smooth. Add lobster, continue ot cook and stir until heated through. Keep warm in a crock pot. Serve with Pita Chips.
