    1 lb white sharp cheddar cheese (cabot seriously sharp), Shredded
    1 cup chopped pecans
    3/4 cup mayo
    1/2 small onion, grated not chopped
    1 large clove garlic, chopped
    1 cup strawberry jam (seedless)

    Recipe



    Mix onion, garlic and mayo set aside. In a large bowl, mix cheese and nuts until well blended, then add mayo mixture. Spread onto a shallow platter and then let rest in the fridge overnight. When ready to use, spread the jam on the top. Serve with ritz crackers.
