    2 GARLIC CLOVES
    12 OUNCES MOZZARELLA CHEESE -- ABOUT 2 CUPS
    2 OUNCES ROMANO CHEESE
    2 TEASPOONS OREGANO
    2 FIRM PLUMB TOMATOES

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 375. DIP DOUGH AND ROLLING PIN INTO FLOUR AND EVENLY ROLL DOUGH ONTO A RECTANGLE PIZZA STONE. PRESS GARLIC WITH A GARLIC PRESS AND SPREAD EVENLY OVER THE CRUST. GRATE 1 OUNCE OF ROMANO CHEESE ONTO THE CRUST. SPRINKLE 1 CUP OF MOZZARELLA AND 1 TEASPOON OREGANO OVER CRUST. SLICE TOMATOES AND LAYER TOMATOES IN A SINGLE LAYER OVER CHEESE. SPINKLE REMAINING MOZARELLA AND OREGANO OVER TOMATOES. GRATE REMAINING ROMANO ON TOP. BAKE 30-35 MINUTES. CUT INTO SQUARES AND SERVE.
