    12 TABLESPOONS OIL
    2 CUPS SUGAR
    3 CUPS FLOUR
    2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
    2 TEASPOONS SALT
    6 TABLESPOONS COCOA
    2 TABLESPOONS VINEGAR
    2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
    2 CUPS WATER

    MIX ALL TOGETHER IN A BOWL AND POUR INTO A GREASED PAN. BAKE AT 350 FOR 45-50 MINUTES. LET COOL AND FROST IF YOU LIKE OR JUST SPRINKLE W/POWDERED SUGAR.
