    1 CUP MILK
    1/4 CUP WATER
    3 TABLESPOONS FLOUR

    1/2 CUP BUTTER
    1/2 CUP SHORTENING
    1 TEASPOON VANILLA

    Recipe



    COOK THE MILK MIXTURE UNTIL THICK. COOL IN A PAN OF COLD WATER OR THE FRIDGE FOR AT LEAST 1/2 HOUR. ADD SHORTENING AND FLOUR MIXTURE TO THE MILK MIXTURE AND BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY AND VERY THICK.

    NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO REFRIGERATE YOUR CAKE ONCE FROSTED.
