    Bailey's Chocolate Truffles

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups Chocolate Chips
    1 cup White Choc. Chips
    3 cups powdered sugar
    1/4 cup butter
    1 cup Baileys

    Next, 1 cup Choco chips
    1/2 cup white chips
    2 Tbs butter
    4 Tbs Baileys

    Recipe



    In a 9x9 pan. Spritz with oil.(NOTE: I line the pan with parchment paper to make it easier to cut rather than using a spritzer.) Melt chips and butter. Then mix in Baileys and sugar. Put into the 9x9 pan.

    Melt the next set of ingredients together. Pour this mixture on top of the first one. Let sit for two hours in fridge. Cut in squares.
