    List of Ingredients




    3-4 lbs chuck or rump beef
    1- 10 oz. can French onion Soup
    2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning.
    1 Tablespoon fennel


    Recipe



    Trim fat from roast. Put roast and all ingredients in a
    crock pot. Cook on high 12-18 hours, or until very
    tender. Pick out bones and fat. Shred meat. Serve on
    buns. Very easy - very good. Serves 8-12 people.
