Recipe Introduction
When we were young, mom & dad went to this restaurant in Cali, had this wonderful cheese fondue and asked how it was made... they gave her the recipe and a $50.00 charge on her bill! Oh, well... we are still enjoying it today! I guess it was worth the $50!
List of Ingredients
2lb Velveta Cheese
1 pt warm water
1/2 tsp dry mustart
splash of worchestershire sauce
splash of tobasco sauce
splash of sherry wine
Recipe
Dice and melt cheese in water. Stir and increase heat, do not boil. Add all ingredients but the sherry. Keep warm.
Right before serving, add the sherry. Great to dip veggies or chuncks of italian breat into! Yum!
