1 PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE -- SOFTENED
1/3 CUP SUGAR
1 PINT HALF AND HALF
1 PACKAGE INSTANT CHOCOLATE PUDDING
1/4 CUP WALNUTS
1/4 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS

HEAT OVEN TO 375. SLICE DOUGH AND PLACE ON 15-INCH BAKING STONE IN A 13-INCH CIRCLE. USE PIZZA AND DOUGH ROLLER AND PRESS SLICES TOGETHER TO MAKE A 14-INCH CIRCLE. BAKE FOR 10-15 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. LET COOL 10 MINUTES. RUN SERRATED BREAD KNIFE UNDER COOKIE TO LOOSEN FROM STONE. COOL COMPLETELY. WHIP CREAM AND PUDDING AND SET ASIDE TO THICKEN. MIX CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR TOGETHER AND SPREAD OVER COOKIE DOUGH. WHEN PUDDING HAS BECOME FIRM SPREAD THIS MIXTURE OVER THE CHEESE ON THE COOKIE. CHOP THE WALNUTS WITH THE FOOD CHOPPER AND SPRINKLE ON THE PUDDING. USING THE CHEESE GRATER PLACE ABOUT 1/8 CUP OF THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS IN AND SHAVE THE CHOCOLATE OVER THE COOKIE, REPEATE IF NEEDED.
