    Summer Pie

    List of Ingredients




    Graham Cracker Crust
    3-oz. package Raspberry Jello
    1 1/4 cups Hot Water
    1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
    1 pint Raspberries
    Whipped Topping



    Recipe



    Dissolve Jello in the hot water, stirring until no
    more little bits of jello are floating around.

    Stir in the ice cream until it's melted. Put it in the refrigerator until it's almost set, but not quite.

    Fold the raspberries in, trying not to break them
    up. (You can save a few to decorate the top if
    you like.) Pour it all into the graham cracker crust. Decorate with the whipped topping, and maybe with some
    more berries if you have any extra.

    Put your pie back in the refrigerator until time to eat it.
