"A Wintery Mix"
List of Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup instant coffee
2 cups non-dairy coffee creamer
2 cups nonfat dry milk
2 cups sugar
Instructions
Combine cocoa, sugar, dry milk, coffe creamer, and instant coffee in a bowl. Mix well.
Pack into one or two jars, cut vanilla bean to fit jars.
Seal and label. Store in refrigerator at least one week before using to allow vanilla flavor to absorb into mix.
Use three tablespoons for every six ounces of boiling water. Good with whipped cream.
Recipe
Combine all ingredients together and mix. Place in jars & seal.
On the gift card attach the following directions
Use 4 tablespoons to a normal size coffee cup, add boiling water. Add a dollup of chocolate ice cream for a true treat!
