4 cups Chicken breasts shredded
1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup sour cream
7 tbsp butter
1 cup canned mushroom slices
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Spanish paprika
Salt & Pepper to tasteRecipe
Place Butter in non stick skillet on high, add onions, mushrooms, garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent. Add heavy cream, sour cream, and spices. Stir until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat and add chicken, simmer on low for 20 minutes.
