Peppered T-bone Steaks
List of Ingredients
4 (12-oz.) T-bone Steaks
5 Tbs. prepared Steak Sauce
3 Tbs. fresh Thyme, chopped
2 tsp. Green Peppercorns, crushed
1 tsp. freshly ground Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp. White Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
Recipe
In a small saucepan, or a can that has been cleaned and
had the label removed, blend together the steak sauce,
thyme, and peppers.
Place the can or saucepan on the grill to warm. Sprinkle
steaks on both sides with salt.
Spread about one-quarter of the pepper sauce over one
side of each steak. Place steaks, sauce side down, on grill.
Spread top surfaces of steaks with remaining sauce.
Grill steaks until cooked to desired doneness (about six
minutes per side for medium-rare). Transfer steaks to
plates and serve warm. Serves 4
