Doughnut Muffins

List of Ingredients

• 2/3 cups of shortening
  
• 2 cups sugar
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 cup milk
  
• 3 cups of flour
  
• 1 tbs baking powder
  
• 2 tsp salt
  
• 1/2 tsp nutmet
  

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
   
2. Cream wet ingredients together. Slowly mix dry ingredients together.
   
3. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake for 20-30 minutes.
