    Peel potatoes and then grate them.
    Grate a small onion
    salt and pepper
    1 egg
    add flour to thicken
    Veggie or Peanut oil.

    Mix everything together. Will be somewhat soupy. Spoon 1/4 cup of the mixture into hot grease (about 1/2 inch deep) Fry until brown, flip. Set on papertowels to drain. .................................
