    Cheesy Po-Tater-Tot Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1 package (32 ounces) Ore-Ida Tater Tots
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
    2 cups sour cream, divided
    1 package (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
    1 package (8 ounces) herb-seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
    1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

    Recipe

    Combine Tater Tots and onion in a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
    In a bowl, combine soup, cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sour cream; spoon over Tater Tots. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with stuffing mix; drizzle with butter.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.

    Garnish individual servings with remaining sour cream if desired.
