    This recipe is from April's co-worker , Pat Berlage . It's a favorite of all the nurses at St. Elizabeth North .

    List of Ingredients




    2 tubes crescent rolls
    2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

    Recipe



    Mix together all above ingredients except the crescent rolls. Spread 1 can of rolls unfolded but kept together(do not separate) on the bottom of a 9X13 inch pan. It doesn't reach edge of pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over the rolls. Cover with the other can of rolls and seal the edges. Beat egg white and brush over top. Bake for 30 min in a 350 degree oven. When out of oven sprinkle with granulated sugar. Serve hot. YUMMY!!
