    Recipe Introduction


    This came in a 5/3rd Bank mailer . I tried it on a whim and shared it with everyone . It's probably gone around the world by now !


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 beef roast any kind
    • 1 - 1 1/4 oz. pkg . dried brown gravy mix
    • 1 - 1/14 oz. pkg. dried Italian salad dressing mix
    • 1 - 1 1/4 oz. pkg. dried ranch dressing mix
    • 1/2 cup water


    Instructions


    1. Place roast in crockpot.
    2. Mix dried mixes together and sprinkle over roast .
    3. Pour the water around the roast .
    4. Cook on low for 7-9 hours .


    Final Comments


    3-4 lb. roast works best . For more and thicker gravy mix 1/4 cup (4TBS.) flour in 10oz.(1 1/4cup) water and add to crockpot an hour before serving . Also , cutting the roast into serving pieces at this time makes serving easier .
