    Dixie's Chinese Chicken Salad

    Lanny and I make a meal out of this dish !

    List of Ingredients





    1/2 lb, cubed cooked chicken
    2 oz. rice noodles
    1 small head of lettuce ( torn)
    4 stalks green onions diced
    2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
    2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds

    Recipe



    Dressing : 2 TBS. sugar , 4 TBS. vinegar , 1/2 cup oil , 1 TBS sesame oil , 1.2 tsp. black pepper , 1 1/2 tsp. salt .

    Shake up dressing in a jar . Toast nuts and seeds over medium heat in a nonstick skillet for 10min. Put lettuce , onions and chicken in a

    large salad bowl , add noodles , nuts and seeds and pour on dressing. Toss and serve immediately with french bread .
