    Crab & Asparagus Soup

    List of Ingredients

    1c Onion
    1c Celery
    1/2# Asparagus
    1T Olive Oil
    2T Arrowroot
    4c Milk
    2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
    1/4t Nutmeg
    1/4t Tabasco
    1/2t Old Bay
    1/4t Dry Mustard
    2t Parsley Flakes
    1# Crabmeat (or imitation Crab)

    Recipe

    Saute onions and celery in olive oil.
    Add asparagus.
    Add spices and arrowroot.
    Add milk and bouillon cubes
    Bring to slow simmer. Cook until beginning to thicken aprox 15 minutes
    Add crab and cook 10 minutes more
