    Spicy Pumpkin Soup

    15 oz canned pumpkin
    1 cup(s) celery
    1/2 cup(s) carrot(s)
    1/2 cup(s) onion(s)
    1/2 tsp table salt
    1/2 tsp ground oregano
    1/2 tsp dried rosemary
    1/4 tsp ground red pepper
    4 cup(s) fat-free chicken broth
    1 cup(s) canned diced tomatoes

    Recipe



    1. In a 4 quart crockery cooker place first 8 ingredients in and mix together. Be sure all vegies are chopped.
    2. Gradually stir in broth.
    3. Cover; cook on low heatsetting for 6-8 hours or on high heat setting for 3-4 hours. Stir in chopped tomatoes.
    Puree if you like and serve with a dollop of ff sour cream
