    Quick Chocolate Fudge

    From Karo syrup


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 quarter cup butter
    • 3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
    • 1 half cup light corn syrup
    • 1 tablespoon water
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 pound powdered sugar
    • 1 cup chopped nuts


    Instructions


    1. Grease a 8 by 8 pan or loaf pan. in a medium saucepan,melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Stir in corn syrup,water and vanilla. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar and nuts until smooth. Turn into pan, cool, cut into squares.
    2. Makes 1 and three fourth pounds.
