    PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL

    List of Ingredients




    1 8oz cream cheese (softened)
    1/4 c finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 c finely chopped red pepper
    1/4 c finley chopped onion
    1 can crushed pineapple drained well (on paper towel)
    1 c finly chopped pecans

    Recipe




    mix ingredients only using 1/2 c pecans. refrigerate for about 1 hr and take out and shape into ball. roll in remaining pecans. serve with crackers.
