Imitation crabmeat works very well in this recipe





List of Ingredients



• 1 lb crab meat
  
• 2 tbsp margarine, melted
  
• 3 boiled eggs, diced
  
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
  
• 2 tbsp mustard
  
• salt and pepper to taste
  
• 1 cup bread crumbs
  






Instructions



1. Mix thoroughly, everything but margarine and bread crumbs
   
2. Put in greased casserole dish
   
3. Mix margarine and bread crumbs and put on top of mixture
   
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
