1 can oven roasted turkey SPAM
1 12 oz. jar turkey gravy
1 4-serving pkg. butter and herb instant mashed potatoes
1 6 oz. pkg. turkey stuffing mix


Recipe



Preheat oven to 375. Cut SPAM lengthwise into 6 slices. Lie pile flat and cut lengthwise again into 4 slices, then in the opposite direction into 1/2 pieces. Place 1 tbsp. margarine into frying pan and stir fry SPAM for approximately 2 minutes over medium heat. Add gravy, mix together then empty into a casserole dish. Prepare stuffing mix in the same frying pan according to instructions on box, cover and let stand while potatoes are prepared. Remove SPAM from oven, Fluff stuffing with fork and place in an even layer over the SPAM and gravy. Cover top of the casserole with mashed potatoes, sealing edges and leaving a small opening in the center for a steam vent. Place casserole in oven and cook for 20 minutes. Leave uncovered for a crisper top; cover if you prefer the potatoes creamy.
