    3-4 cups of mashed potatoes
    1 beaten egg
    1 onion diced fine (optional)put these in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute to pre-cook
    1/2 t. salt
    pepper to taste
    Add 1/2 cup of milk
    Use enough flour to make a thick batter.

    drop by tablespoon into skillet with about 1/2" of hot oil. cook until browned on both sides
