    1 ½ Cup white self-rising cornmeal
    ½ Cup self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Egg
    1 Can creamed corn
    ½ Cup chopped onions

    Recipe



    Mix corn, egg, and onion then add dry ingredients. Take two spoons, fill spoon ¾ full, then scoot batter off spoon into hot oil using other spoon. Deep fry at 400 .................................
