List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup soya sauce
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 large cloves garlic - diced
- 1 tsp rosemary
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a container just big enough to hold roast or steak.
- Put in the roast, steak, etc. and regridgerate. 3 days if possible. Turning often if the meat is not entirely covered.
- Remove meat from container and roast in the oven or BBQ.
Final Comments
If roasting the meat then add a bit of the marinate to the roaster. (1/4 cup) along with a bit of water. Any spice that you like can be added to the marinate.
