    Marinate Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    • 1/2 cup soya sauce
    • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
    • 2 large cloves garlic - diced
    • 1 tsp rosemary


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together in a container just big enough to hold roast or steak.

    2. Put in the roast, steak, etc. and regridgerate. 3 days if possible. Turning often if the meat is not entirely covered.

    3. Remove meat from container and roast in the oven or BBQ.



    Final Comments


    If roasting the meat then add a bit of the marinate to the roaster. (1/4 cup) along with a bit of water. Any spice that you like can be added to the marinate.
