    Imagine eating a Liquid Cheeseburger


    List of Ingredients


    • 1.5 to 2 Lbs Hamburger
    • 1 Medium Onion - Finely Diced
    • 2 cans Chedder Cheese Soup - plus 2 cans Water
    • 1 large Velvetta - Cubed
    • 1.5 Qts Half and Half
    • 1.5 Qts Water
    • 1 Med Head Iceberg Lettuce - Coursely Chopped
    • 7-8 Roma Tomatoes - Diced
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • 1 Half Stick Butter


    Instructions


    1. In a large Pot melt butter and saute Onion until soft and translucent. Add Hamburger and Brown.

    2. Once Saute is done add the Chedder Cheese soup along with 2 cans of water, bring to a simmer and add the cubed Velvetta. Bring back to simmer and add the Half and half and water, stiring constantly. Bring back to a simmer.
    3. Once back at simmer season to taste with the salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Add the lettuce and tomato, stiring them into the soup, just before serving.
    4. Garnish Ideas:
      Relish, diced avacado, raw onion, chopped bacon, diced dill pickle or whatever you like on a Cheeseburger.
