I use this sometimes for lunch when I don't have time to sit down and eat.
Combine 3/4 cup cooked Cream of Rice, 1 banana, and 1 cup fresh blueberries in a blender and liquify for about 30 seconds.
You can use cooked rice instead, but the shake is a little lumpy and you have to add 1 cup of water.
