    The Rice Diet Solution

    List of Ingredients




    12 ounces ( approx. 340 grams) sea bass fillet, raw
    3 ounces fresh lemon juice
    1 onion, raw, chopped
    1 1/2 cups organic tomato puree, without added salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 tsp fresh basil, chopped
    2 fresh garlic cloves
    1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
    3 whole wheat pita pockets, 6 1/2 inches, chopped
    1/8 cup sweet red bell pepper, chopped
    1/8 cup sweet green pepper, chopped

    Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place the fish in the pan, add 3 ounces water and lemon juice and bake at 350 degrees F for 7 to 10 minutes. Set aside.

    Place remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Set aside.

    Carefully remove fish from pan and dice. Add fish to dry ingredients and mix well. If the mixture is too dry, add fish juice from the baking pan to moisten.

    Spray a large muffin pan or cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Form mixture into 6 patties and place them into the muffin pan or on the cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F until crispy, approximately 10 minutes.
