Green Beans and Snow Peas

Here's something I made the other night and I was really pleased with how it turned out. This is one of those "Ali" recipes so you might have to guess on the amounts of things but you can't go too wrong.

List of Ingredients
Fresh green beans with the ends cut off
Pimentos
1 1/2 cup snow peas
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
soy sauce
splenda
Recipe
Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat pan with the olive oil and salt. Add grean beans, snow peas. Stir to coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with soy sauce, (aprox 2 Tbs.), and splenda. Stir occasionally. Add 2-3 Tbs. of pimentos. Cook until beans are tender.
