Recipe Introduction


This is one of my favourite way to fix cheese balls, all thanks to my friend Peggy.





List of Ingredients



• 2 pakages cream cheese
  
• 2 cups shredded sharp or mixed cheddar cheese
  
• 2 TB onion chopped fine
  
• 1 TB green pepper chopped fine
  
• 2 TB Worcestershire sause
  
• 1 Tsp lemon juice
  
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  






Instructions



1. Have cheeses at room temperature.
   
2. Chop vegetables add all that together with lemon juice
   
3. Shape into balls
   
4. Roll balls in chopped pecans
