    No Bake Pumpkin Tarts

    Recipe Introduction

    Autumn is the perfect time to use pumpkin and this dessert is so simple and so delicious you have just got to try it. I made these once for a PTA benefit and everyone loved them.

    List of Ingredients

    1-16 ounce can pumpkin
    1-12 ounce can evaporated milk
    1-3 ounce package egg custard mix
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1-1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    12-Little individual Graham cracker tart shells
    Whipped cream and pecans

    Mix first 6 ingredients in a saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Remove from heat; cover with wax paper, cool slightly. Spoon into tart shells. Chill until set. Garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves.
