Autumn is my favorite season of all time and I think that food being prepared during this cool crisp season sends out signals to our taste buds, daring us to cook food from our stored and gathered bounty.  So slice into those rich creamy cakes with tender moist crumbs gathered on your fork and grab a cup of java.  All you need now is a cozy blanket and a warm fire to conclude the afternoon.
