    Million Dollar Corn bread

    This is without a doubt the best corn bread I have ever made, give it a try and I hope you like it.

    List of Ingredients




    1-1/4 cups corn meal
    2/3 cup self rising flour
    1 egg beaten
    2 TB to 1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup oil
    3 TB Mayonnaise

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 425, while oven is heating, put a little shortening into the cast iron pan and set into the oven.
    Mix ingredients above and pour into the hot skillet and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
