    We love this recipe and its so good for you. I kept loosing my recipe and then I would find it in all the stacks of recipes only to misplace it once again. I am glad it will be stationed on here so I can find it now. These pancakes are tender and really good, even my niece liked them and she is very picky.

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 eggs
    3 cups buttermilk
    1 TB canola oil

    Recipe



    Mix the flour, wheat germ, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, buttermilk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot griddle that is coated with nonstick spray. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook until second side is golden brown.
