    I really thought pumpkin fudge did not sound very good but I really, really, like this candy. You will just have to try it but I believe you will agree that it is wonderful

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups sugar
    3/4 cup melted butter
    2/3 cup evaporated milk
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    2 TB corn syrup
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 (12 oz pkg white chocolate morsels
    1 (7oz jar) marshmallow creme
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Mix the first 6 ingredients in a 3-1/2 saucepan over medium high heat, and cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Cook stirring constantly until a candy thermometer reads 234 (soft ball stage), takes about 12 minutes but be absolutely sure you reach that temperature or the candy will be to soft. Remove pan from heat, stir in remaining ingredients and pour into an aluminum foil lined 9-inch square pan that has been greased. Let stand 2 hours and cut into squares.
