    1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
    1/2 cup butter
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup semisweet Chocolate chips
    1/4 cup flaked coconut
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Recipe



    Sprinkle the pecans over the bottom of a buttered 8x8x2 inch baking pan.
    In a small saucepan, mix the butter and brown sugar. cook over medium heat stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Continue cooking until it registers 295 on candy thermometer.
    Remove the butter and sugar mixture from the heat and immediately pour it over the pecans, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips, coconut, and cinnamon and let set for 5 minutes. when the chips have melted, spread them and the coconut and cinnamon evenly over the top.
    When the toffee has set, break it into bite size pieces.
