Festive Cranberry Pineapple Salad

I don't like Cranberries very much but I did like this salad, you could not stop eating it as it was that good.
List of Ingredients
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 pkg Raspberry jello
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 Apple, chopped
2/3 cup walnuts chopped
Recipe
Drain pineapple, reserving all of the liquid in a 1 quart measuring cup. Remove 1 TB of crushed pineapple and set aside for garnish. Add enough cold water to reserved liquid to measure 3 cups, pour into large saucepan. Bring to boil, remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir 2 minutes. Add cranberry sauce, stir. Pour into large bowl and refrigerate for 1-1/2 hours or until slightly like unbeaten egg whites. Stir in rest of pineapple, apple and nuts. Stir to blend. Refrigerate 4 hours and garnish with reserved pineapple.
