    List of Ingredients




    4 TB butter
    3 eggs
    1 cup flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 cup milk
    16 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated
    2-10 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and well drained.

    Recipe



    Heat oven 350. Melt butter in 9x13 dish. In bowl, beat eggs with flour, salt, baking powder, stir in milk and cheese and spinach. Spread in dish and bake 25 minutes until set.
