    I made this once and it was the best frozen off the cob corn ever.

    List of Ingredients




    4 qt raw corn cut form the cob
    1 cup sugar
    1 qt water
    4 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Mix all together and bring to boil, simmer 15 minutes. remove from heat and cool. cover and leave over night so liquid is absorbed into corn. Put in bags and freeze, taste like fresh corn.
