    What would Thanksgiving be without a pumpkin pie? This recipe is very simple but, yet very delicious. I usually make this pie every year and we all love it. Pumpkin is a good source of fiber and very healthy. I hope you find this recipe a good keeper.

    List of Ingredients

    1 can evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1/2 teaspoon cloves
    1-1/4 cups fresh pumpkin or (18 ounce) canned
    1 unbaked pie shell
    whipped cream

    In a blender, mix first seven ingredients. Mix for a few seconds. Drop in pumpkin and blend until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until center of pie is set and crust is golden. Serve with whipped cream.
