Wild Berry Pie

Recipe Introduction

I took this pie to a library lock In for the teens. Of course I had to make copies for all of the helpers as they loved this dessert. It is very tastey and good for you.

List of Ingredients

2 packages (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 graham cracker crust (9 inch)
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup instant chocolate pudding mix
1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cool whip
12 pecan halves for garnish
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread onto bottom of crust. Sprinkle with chopped pecans, in another bowl, mix both puddings together and add milk and vanilla. Beat on low for 2 minutes. Spoon over pecans, refrigerate for 2 hours. Top with cool whip and pecan halves.
