    Banana Split Brownie Pizza

    Source of Recipe

    unknown

    Recipe Introduction

This is by far the very best of my pizza desserts. I first made this dessert for a fellowship meal at New Covenant church on 9-29-96 and everyone wanted the recipe. It really taste like a banana split. I promise if you make this for your loved ones, they will be begging for more. Go ahead give it a try, it is not that hard to make and it is very pretty.

    List of Ingredients

1 package Duncan Hines brownie mix with walnuts
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) container of cool whip
    2/3 cup sugar
    3 bananas sliced
    1 pint strawberries, sliced
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 bottle chocolate syrup (like you put on ice cream)
    1 tablespoon margarine
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; spread batter onto greased 15 inch pizza pan. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Be careful, 15 minutes may be to long and the crust will burn very easily. Cool on wire rack. Drain pineapple tidbits well, pressing between layers of paper towels to remove juice. This will take several tries before you have removed the juice. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in the cool whip. Spread mixture over cooled brownie crust; arrange pineapple, bananas, strawberries, and pecans ontop. Drizzle chocolate syrup over fruit; refrigerate 1 hour and then serve immediately
