Frosted Onions Appetizer

List of Ingredients




3 - 4 dozen green onions, trimmmed + cut with about 3 - 4"
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
2 or 3 shakes of celery salt
2 or 3 shakes of paprika
2 or 3 shakes of onion salt
2 or 3 shakes of thyme
2 or 3 grinds of fresh pepper
1 1/2 c. finely shredded medium or sharp cheddar cheese

Recipe



Mix the cream cheese with the celery salt, paprika, onion salt, thyme and pepper.
Spread on the white portion only of the onion like a frosting, leaving the green section as a 'handle'.
Roll the frosted part in the shredded cheese.
Chill for a couple hours to allow flavors to blend.
