    Salmon Ball Appetizer

    1 16oz. can salmon, drained and picked over
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 c. chopped pecans, optional

    Recipe



    Combine cream cheese and salmon together in a medium mixing bowl and blend to a smooth consistency.
    Add onion, horseradish, lemon juice and liquid smoke.
    Stir to combine.
    Cover and chill for several hours.
    After chilled, shape into a ball and roll in chopped parsley and pecans.
    Serves 12 - 15.
    Serve with crackers or little sandwich breads.
