Sausage Pinwheels

1 batch Bisquick biscuit recipes
1 pound sausage, (hot, medium, mild, smoked,
...Italian or Chorizo)
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese

Prepare biscuit dough according to package.
Roll dough 1/2 inch thick into a rectangular shape.
Spread uncooked sausage on top of dough.
Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Roll dough up to form a log.
Slice 1 inch thick pinwheels from log.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
